What is a Skill Clinic?

A 45 - 60 minute clinic for beginner through advanced gymnasts and tumblers. Clinics will include skill shaping and progressions along with drills to help master skills!

Cartwheel Clinic

Clinics will break down a cartwheel into progressive drills that will build the strength, flexibility and spatial awareness needed to perform a cartwheel.

Age:

5-7, 8-12

Limbers & Kickover and Back Walkover Clinics

Clinics will have various bridge, flexibility, and core strengthening stations that will aid in progressing a gymnast/tumbler’s limber, kickover and back walkover. Pre-requisites: Student must be able to hold their head off of the ground.

Meet the Coaches

Becky Price

Lead coach & owner

Coach Becky competed for 12 years in high school and private club gymnastics and has coached gymnastics for more than a decade. She is a certified Gymnastics Instructor and Hands On Trainer for preschoolers through adults, and her favorite gymnastics event is the uneven bars. In her spare time she likes to have fun outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should my child wear?

Fitted full length tank top/shirt & dance shorts, or leotard & dance shorts. Hair pulled back. No jewelry - posts for earrings. Socks are optional.

What should my child bring?

Water bottle and easy shoes to slip on and off.

Coach Emma is currently attending Plant High School. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is being able to form one-on-one relationships with them, and her favorite gymnastics event is the vault. In her spare time, Emma loves to participate in springboard diving!

Coach Maddie is attending Plant High School. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is staying active and getting to know them, and her favorite gymnastics event is the floor. In her spare time, Maddie loves to run cross country!

Coach Natalie attends University of Tampa.  Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is getting to know each one of them, and her favorite gymnastics event is the vault. In her spare time, Natalie loves to travel!

Coach Peyton is attending the IB program at Robinson High School. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is the energy and excitement they have about learning, and her favorite gymnastics event is the floor. In her spare time, Peyton loves to read, draw and write!
