What is a Skill Clinic?

A 45 - 60 minute clinic for beginner through advanced gymnasts and tumblers. Clinics will include skill shaping and progressions along with drills to help master skills!

Cartwheel Clinic

A 45 min clinic that will break down a cartwheel into progressive drills that will build the strength, flexibility and spatial awareness needed to perform a cartwheel.

Kickover, Limber and Walkover Clinic

A 60 min clinic that will have various bridge, flexibility, and core strengthening stations that will aid in progressing a gymnast/tumbler’s kick over, limber and walkover. *Prerequisites*

Bars and Tumbling Skills Clinic

A 45 and 60 min clinic that will have drill and skill shaping stations to learn casts, pullovers, back hip circles on bars and progressive drills that will build the strength, flexibility and spatial awareness needed to perform variations of cartwheels, handstands and bridges.

Lead coach & owner

Coach Becky, a certified Gymnastics Instructor, and Hands-On Trainer, has over a decade of coaching experience after competing for 12 years in high school and private club gymnastics. She loves the uneven bars and enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two daughters in her free time.

What should my child wear?

Fitted full length tank top/shirt & dance shorts, or leotard & dance shorts. Hair pulled back. No jewelry - posts for earrings. Socks are optional.

What should my child bring?

Water bottle and easy shoes to slip on and off.

Emma's favorite part of coaching is forming one-on-one relationships with our gymnasts. Currently attending UNC-Chapel Hill, she has a soft spot for teaching vaulting skills.

Peyton

Coach

Balancing academics and coaching, Peyton loves the energy our ETG kids bring into the gym! An IB student at Robinson High School, she's especially fond of teaching tumbling skills on her favorite event floor.

Toula

Coach

Toula's favorite event to coach is floor. At ETG, a few of the skills she enjoys helping children learn are handstands, bridges, and cartwheels. Toula is excited to start this fall at Florida State University and she loves baking in her spare time.

Fabi

Coach

A student at the University of Tampa, Fabi's favorite part of coaching is seeing the smiles on our gymnast's faces when they are able to achieve a skill! Her favorite gymnastics event is the floor. In her spare time she loves to workout, read and go on sunset walks.

Izzy

Coach

Izzy is currently attending the University of South Florida and is working towards her bachelor’s degree in statistics. She loves connecting with gymnasts while coaching gymnastics skills.  Her favorite gymnastics event is the floor. In her spare time, Izzy likes to go to the gym, bake and relax at the beach.

Brooklyn

Coach

A student at Plant High School, Brooklyn's favorite skill to teach forward rolls on floor and uneven bars. It's hard for her to choose just one favorite part of coaching our gymnasts, but seeing how excited they get when they achieve a new skill is the highlight of coaching! In her spare time Brooklyn loves going to the beach, boating, fishing, swimming and watching the sunset with her family. She also enjoys dancing and running on Bayshore Blvd.

Brooke balances working at Booster "Fun Runs" and coaching at ETG. A former competitive gymnast her favorite events were vault and beam and anything that involved hanging upside down. Brooke loves seeing gymnasts gain confidence as they learn how to perform their skills! In her free time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors with her pup Emma and visiting local coffee shops.

A student at the Univeristy of Tampa, Margret's favorite event to coach is beam and skill to teach in a back walkover. She loves to see our gymnasts master new skills on every event! When she's not coaching, Margret enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out at the gym and traveling.

Lauren

Coach

A student starting at Nova Southeastern University in the fall, Lauren's favorite event in floor and loves to teach all tumbling skills. She finds it rewarding to be able to see and gymnasts skill progressions from the beginning of the year to the end of the year! In her spare time she loves to sing and crochet.
