Mighty Mites
A 45-minute gymnastics class in which young gymnasts roll, swing, run and jump their way through the gym using safe, fun, and proven lesson plans.
Designed for ages 4 to 5 years old, Mighty Mites is all about strength, flexibility, and building confidence.
Class will begin with an interactive cardio warm-up and stretch to prepare little ones for fun, energy-burning skill circuits.
Class ends with bubbles, parachute and a sticker for your Mighty Mite.
Age-appropriate foundational gymnastics skills are our focal points. Weekly lesson plans will rotate through various pieces of gymnastics equipment.
Prerequisites: Children must be age 4 by 9/1 potty-trained and comfortable with separation from their parent/guardian.

Led by Coach Becky
Elite Technique Gymnastics is led by Becky Price, our owner and lead coach. A certified Gymnastics Instructor and Hands-On Trainer, Coach Becky brings over a decade of coaching experience, along with 12 years of experience as a gymnast in both high school and private club gymnastics.
Supported by a Caring Coaching Team
Her favorite event is the uneven bars and is passionate about helping kids build confidence, strength, and skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
They should wear a fitted full length tank top or shirt and dance shorts, or a leotard anddance shorts. Hair must be pulled back. No jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches) and posts only for earrings. Socks are optional.
We’ll greet you at the front in the lobby 5 minutes before class starts. Parents are required to remain in our hallway during class in case their child needs to use the restroom.
We have a low coach to gymnast/tumbler ratio making it possible for our coaches to give a lot of attention to each child. On top of that we have chosen to break our classes by age and within the class by skill level. We have found our gymnasts thrive emotionally, socially, and physically when in class with their peers. Gymnasts progress because the expectations for following directions and listening are age appropriate. Ratio for Ages 3-5 is 1:6.
We have an annual “Skill Show Off" in May for your gymnast to showcase skills they have worked on throughout the year. You can view your child's progress during your child's weekly class in our viewing area.

Yes! They can sign up for as many classes as they like!
We offer a military discount. Please let us know when you register through your account that you are a military family and we’ll apply the discount for you!
We require a cancellation notice via email sent to frontdesk@elitetechniquegymnastics.com by the 15th of the month prior to not be charged for the following month.

Browse the available classes and select the one that’s right for your child.

Follow the prompts to log in or create your iClassPro account, then add your child’s information.

Add it to your cart
If space is available, add the class to your cart. If it’s full, select the waitlist option and add that to your cart instead.
4.
Complete checkout
Enter your card details and complete checkout. If joining a waitlist, your card won’t be charged until we contact you to confirm registration.
