Beginner - Beginner Advanced Gymnastics

A 60-minute gymnastics class in which beginner to beginner advanced gymnasts tumble, swing, leap and jump their way through the gym using safe, fun, and proven lesson plans.

Cost

$125 per month - includes one class per week

An all girls class for both new and experienced gymnasts. Class will begin with an interactive cardio warm-up and stretch to prepare for fun, technique-enhancing skill circuits. Weekly lesson plans will rotate through various pieces of gymnastics equipment. 

Some skills taught include: Variations of cartwheels, bridges, bridge kick over, limbers, variations handstands on floor, casts, pullover, back hip circles on low bar, pivot turns, leaps, jumps on beam, hurdle jump to roll on vault.

Prerequisites: Children must be age 6 by 9/1/2022

Meet the Coaches

Becky Price

Lead coach & owner

Coach Becky competed for 12 years in high school and private club gymnastics and has coached gymnastics for more than a decade. She is a certified Gymnastics Instructor and Hands On Trainer for preschoolers through adults, and her favorite gymnastics event is the uneven bars. In her spare time she likes to have fun outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

Gymnastics Attire and Required Items

  • Fitted full length tank top/shirt & dance shorts, or leotard & dance shorts.
  • Hair must be pulled back.
  • No jewelry - rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, posts for earrings.
  • Socks are optional.

Coach Becky competed for 12 years in high school and private club gymnastics and has coached gymnastics for more than a decade. Coach Emma is currently attending UNC - Chapel Hill. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is being able to form one-on-one relationships with them, and her favorite gymnastics event is the vault.

Peyton

Coach Peyton is attending the IB program at Robinson High School. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is the energy and excitement they have about learning, and her favorite gymnastics event is the floor. In her spare time, Peyton loves to read, draw and write!

Toula

Coach

Coach Toula is attending Plant High School. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is watching them have fun and learn something new. Her favorite gymnastics event is the floor and in her spare time, Toula loves to bake!

Olivia

Coach

Coach Olivia’s favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is being able to create a positive and encouraging environment for them to grow in. Her favorite gymnastics event is the bars! In her spare time Olivia likes to go to the beach with her dog Luna and cook delicious meals!

Kenzy

Coach

Coach Kenzy is currently attending the University of South Florida obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Her favorite thing about working with young gymnasts is being able to watch them grow and prosper as a gymnast and as an individual. Her favorite event is floor and in her spare time she likes to cozy up on the couch with her kitty Beans and watch crime documentaries.
